• Operation-theatre should be in the West, While lying on the stretcher, patient's head should be on the south side.
• The doctor should operate facing East or North or west side but never to south side. 
• The slope of the flooring should be towards North, East or North-East sides. 
• The middle portion of the hospital should be open to the sky. In case of any roof the ventilated roof should be 2 ft. to 3 ft. higher than the top floor roof.
• It should face the East possibly and the entry should be in the East or North-East.
• An emergency case, or serious case should never be kept in the South-West corner room. Patient should be kept in North-West.  
  
  
• The racks for medical books and medicines should be in the South or West.
• Parking should be done on the  North West / West  sides.
• Drinking water should be kept in the North-East.
• Cleaning, changing rooms, toilets should be on the South or West sides.
•  Bathrooms should be on the East or North West  sides.
• X-Ray room, Electrical equipment etc. should be in the South-East room.
•  Cash counter should be in the South or West and should open towards the North or East.
• Nurse's quarters should be in the South-East or North-West place to the Hospital.
• Examining patients should be done in the North room. While sitting, the doctor should face the East or North.
• Patient should lie down with head in the South or East. Never in the NORTH.
• The patients rooms should be on the South and North-West.
• Inquiry counter should be in the South-East and waiting room on the South side.
• The Staircase should be in the West, South-West, South-East or North-West.

kitchen is at the North -East direction.	It would curtail peace and mutual love in the family.	The kitchen can be built in North - West direction. But while cooking, the face should remain towards the east only.
kitchen is at the South-West direction.	This direction is not suitable for kitchen. It would be harmful for the land lord.	South-East direction is best for the kitchen. Water tap in the kitchen should be in the North-East direction. It is better if the stone, on which food is cooked, is red.

Bedroom is at the South -East direction	The children do not take interest in studies. There is no sound sleep. People have much anger. Decisions are generally taken hurriedly.

• The main entrance should be in the East or North but it should not be in front of the compound wall.
• The wall of the house in the South West Should have More Height and North-Eastern side should have minimum height.
• The southern side of the house should be as tall and heavy as possible.
• In any room of the house the beam or column should not cross in the center.
• Terrace or balcony in the house should be either in the East or the North.
• Water Tank Should be in the South West on the Terrace . 
•  A well, pole or a temple should not be
  
  there in front of the main entrance of the house.
• The slope of the house should be towards East, North or North-East.This Brings Prosperity .
• Similarly, the slope of the plinth also should be towards East, North or North-East.
• The height of the plinth should be maximum in the direction of South-West.
• The upper storeys of the house should be constructed on the Southern or Western part if Possible.
• The cupboard in the wall should be the Southern or Western part direction of the house.
